11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for Pathway Pioneers Ltd. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India for Certified Counsellors & Edu Infra Pvt. Ltd.

Data Deletion Policy

At Pathway Pioneers, we respect your right to privacy and data control. This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their personal data, the process involved, and how long it takes to complete the request.

1. Requesting Data Deletion
Users may request the deletion of their personal data from our systems by:

  • Submitting a request through their account settings (if applicable).
  • Contacting our support team via our website.
To verify the request, we may require users to confirm their identity before proceeding with deletion.
2. Processing Timeframe
  • Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will begin the process within 3 business days.
  • Complete deletion may take up to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the request and system processing time.
  • Users will receive confirmation once the deletion is completed.
3. Scope of Data Deletion
Upon approval, the following user data will be deleted:
  • Personal Information (name, email, phone number, academic details, etc.)
  • Account Information (social login details, profile data)
  • Consultation Records (if not required for legal compliance)
  • Payment Data (only where deletion is allowed by financial regulations)
  • Any other personal data stored in our system
Exceptions: Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, such as:
  • Compliance with financial record-keeping laws
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security audits and dispute resolution
In such cases, we will securely store the required data for the legally mandated period before deletion.
4. Data Storage and Backups
  • Data is stored securely in AWS public cloud, which may be located in any AWS region worldwide to meet business and customer service needs.
  • Upon deletion, personal data is removed from our active databases.
  • Backups containing deleted data may be retained for up to 30 days before they are automatically purged.
5. Social Login & Third-Party Data
If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or other social login services, you must also revoke access from your respective accounts by visiting their security settings.We are not responsible for data retained by third-party services.

Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy

By purchasing or accessing our services and digital products, you (“you” or “user”) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase or use of our services.

1. Refund Policy
As this is a digital product with immediate access to proprietary content, no refunds shall be provided after purchase, except in the case of a billing error or technical issue preventing access.
2. Service Description
Upon payment of INR 499, you will receive the following:
  • Digital Access to compiled reports on universities in the United Kingdom.
  • One Free 30-minute Counselling Session to be scheduled within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Complimentary Application Support Process for UK university applications, subject to eligibility and availability of university intakes.
3. Information Accuracy and Timeliness
The reports and recommendations provided are based on publicly available data, insights from prior admissions cycles, and best-effort research as of the time of compilation. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of all information, including but not limited to:
  • University fees and costs.
  • Intake deadlines or course availability.
  • Visa or scholarship policies.
We recommend verifying critical details directly with the respective university or official government sources before making any application or financial decision.
4. Counselling Session Terms
  • You are entitled to one free counselling session of up to 30 minutes.
  • This session must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited.
  • Additional sessions may be offered at our discretion or at an additional charge.
5. Application Support Scope
Our free support for UK applications includes:
  • Guidance on university and course selection.
  • Assistance with application form submission.
  • Review of SOPs and recommendation strategy.
It does not include:
  • Guarantee of admission.
  • Visa Fees and Filing.
  • University-specific application fees or document procurement.
We reserve the right to limit or deny support in cases of misuse, eligibility concerns, or unresponsiveness from the applicant.
